The Project: An up close and personal look into a very unexpected exhibit featuring photography of and by Black girls and women at the world renowned Metropolitan Museum of Art.
My role: I visited the exhibit via a specially arranged guided tour with the curator, pitched the story and wrote the article all within 36 hours for the digital piece which far exceeded traffic expectations on Essence.com.
